Education Director
Joe has over 20 years’ experience in education and technology, with a focus on improving digital outcomes for schools. As Education Director of GivEducation, he leads the development of AI-powered tools that support teachers and enhance learning outcomes.
A former teacher and entrepreneur, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge from both the school and EdTech sectors. His expertise makes him a recognised leader in the field, driving GivEducation’s mission to improve teacher wellbeing and student outcomes.
Mogdam Osman
Technical Director
While working as an IT teacher, Mogdam envisioned how technology could transform education. He went on to found GivEducation to make that vision a reality. Drawing on his experience as both a software developer and teacher, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of education. Mogdam is passionate about the potential of AI to reshape the sector and continues to lead innovation in this space.

Alex is a former teacher and head of department who left the classroom to explore how technology can improve teachers’ working lives. At GivEducation, he ensures projects are delivered on time and acts as the bridge between the technology team and the needs of teachers, schools, and MATs.

Noah, our Apprentice Web Developer, has been with GivEducation for almost a year. Working on the front end of the toolkit, he helps shape intuitive and effective user experiences. Having recently left education himself, Noah brings fresh insight into how our tools can make the biggest impact for young people.

Cheng Yang is a full stack developer with a strong background in creating versatile and efficient software solutions. Experienced across a variety of projects and team environments, he focuses on writing clean, reliable code and streamlining development processes. Driven by innovation, Cheng actively explores AI tools to boost productivity and accelerate development.

With more than 35 years’ experience in education, Ceris has worked as a classroom teacher and senior leader across a wide range of schools, age groups, and subjects. Passionate about reducing teacher workload and improving outcomes, she engages directly with teachers, schools, and MATs to ensure GivEducation’s tools truly meet their needs.
Theocharis Kyriacou
Academic Research Lead
With almost 20 years’ experience in academia, Theo has joined the GivEducation team to provide academic research ensuring everything we produce is academically robust and published. He is undertaking this role alongside his position as Associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence at York St. John University. Theo challenges our central team to ensure that everything we do is for the benefit of our users.
