Individual vs Organisational Accounts

Individual Account
Perfect for exploring the Toolkit on your own — but not suitable for professional use involving pupil or staff data.

Organisational Account
A secure, school-approved setup that:

  • Enables professional use of the Toolkit

  • Complies with UK GDPR and data protection laws

  • Provides a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

  • Lets your staff link their individual accounts to your school or trust

If you’re a Data Protection Officer (DPO), Headteacher, SLT member, or IT lead, this is the place to start.

Benefits of an Organisational Account

By setting up an organisational account, you will:

  • Ensure safe use of the Toolkit with staff and pupil data

  • Gain access to priority support and admin controls

  • Allow teachers and team members to link their accounts under one organisation

  • Support better visibility of usage and impact across your school or trust

How to Get Started

  1. Fill out the form below with your organisation’s key details (e.g. school name, address, contact lead, etc.).

  2. We’ll send a copy of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to the provided contact email.

  3. Review and sign the DPA.

  4. Once we’ve received the signed DPA, we’ll:

    • Create your organisation’s account in our system

    • Issue you with an Organisation Code

  5. Share the Organisation Code with your staff. They can use it to:

    • Set up a new organisation-linked account or convert their individual accounts into organisational ones

    • Access all Toolkit features securely under your organisation
